FlirTease offering scholarships!

Sometimes because of financial hardships coming to classes can be tough.  We are going to start offering three scholarships each session.  We will pay for 1/2 of the student’s tuition.

You can’t nominate yourself, but you can nominate a friend.  Or, you can have someone nominate you!  Just send me an email at Kristin@flirteasefitness.com and let me know her story.  I’m looking for women who really need all that we offer spiritually, emotionally and physically, but have fallen on hard times.  I bet you know a woman like that!  I will let you know if your letter has been chosen a few days before the session starts.

FlirTease welcomes 2 new instructors

Please help me welcome our new instructors!

Katie Scoffield. I’m so glad this woman took my class this session.  As soon as I met her I knew she would be a great instructor.  Katie is a bundle of warm energy and love.  She is so talented and so vivacious, I can’t wait for you all to meet her!  Oh, did I mention she has the cutest Canadian accent?

Kimberly DePaola. Kimberly is a combination of a sex kitten and a cheerleader!  From the first day she came to the studio she was PASSIONATE about this movement.  She began teaching this session and has blown me away with her ability to lead a class, and nurture her students.  I’ve never seen anyone take to something so naturally.  Her students adore her, and so do I!!

Flirtease Announces May/June session

The new schedule is up on FlirteaseFitness.com. 

Our May/June session starts the week of May 3rd, so please, please, please….. get those deposits in! 

You may notice that there are 2 schedule grids on the site now.  We are moving two doors down at the end of the month.  The space is more than double what we have now and we’ll have 2 studios!

Also, effective immediately we are doing an 8% increase which raises the session by $20, bringing an 8 week session to $270.

The good news is you can do the 3 session plan.  You can sign up and pre-pay for 3 sessions for $650, that’s only $216 per session! (must be paid in full up front, no refunds or cancellations allowed on this deal.)

You can register on the website, you can call me to register, or you can register with your instructor when you come to your class.  Bonus, thanks to our amazing Webmaster, Daria of Design Garden (whom I highly recommend!)  The registration page is much simpler than before!!

Flirtease offers Lapdance and Burlesque Parties in March, April

Here’s the dates for our lapdance parties this session!  If you haven’t tried one,  I GUARANTEE that you will have the time of your life.  We have wine and snacks while we learn a super-sexy lapdance / striptease routine.  And this isn’t the nasty strip club kind of lapdance.  This is the cozy, sexy blow his mind with your beauty kind of lapdance!

We also are offering our Burlesque / Striptease class!  Similar to the above but with boas and long gloves.  Mary teaches this amazing routine.  Think Gypsy Rose Lee or Dita Von Teese.  You’ll be showing off your body in sexy different poses  and moves like the “candy shelf” and the “Betty” to some old-fashioned stripper music!   And yes we do tassle twirling!!  Wearing pasties is completely optional and they will be available for purchase at the studio.

Burlesque Party:        Saturday, March 21 nd at 7 p.m.

Lapdance Party:        Friday, April 17th at 8:15 p.m., Friday, April 24th at 8:15 p.m.

Make sure to book your spots early as these go fast.  You can register online by choosing lapdance class, putting in the date and paying with credit card or paypal.  Cost of the 2 hour party is $40.  You can also bring friends!

Open pole classes and private lessons!

Stuck on a trick, need help with the routine? Flirtease Dance and Fitness be offering “open pole” classes on Sundays at 6:35 p.m. Work on anything you need to under the supervision and assistance of an instructor.  Or just come in for the extra fun and workout!

The class is limited to 5 students (one per pole),  You must pre-register for class by the Saturday before.  The class must have at least 3 students to run.  Cost per 90 minute class is $35.

 

 

Private lessons!!! Private lessons are available anytime,  they run $100 per hour (you can book for one or two hours).

Flirtease Dance and Fitness Theme Weeks For March-April Sessions

Flirtease Dance and Fitness is like a box of chocolate…you never know what you’re gonna get!!

Here are the themes for the session! (For those of you who aren’t familiar with this, we use theme weeks to help you to explore different areas of your “sensual creature.”

We challenge you to dance to a different type of music, dress the part and have a lot of fun with it!

March 15-19 Hip-Hop Hottie Week! bring in your favorite Hip-Hop and dress like a fly-girl!

March 22-28 Country Cutie Week! bring in your favorite country song and those daisy dukes!

March 29-April 4 Woodstock Week! Dress like a hippie! This weeks all about peace and love baby!

April 5-11 Animal week! What brings out the “animal” inyour Sensual Creature and what kind of animal is she?

April 12-18 Grease Week! Think 50′s, are you a “prep” or a ‘greaser”?

April 19-25 Hair Band week! Bring in your Poison or Warrant and tease that hair!

FlirTease adds YouTube Channel for Pole Dance How-to Videos

FlirTease is excited to announce the addition of its very own YouTube Channel. On the FlirTease YouTube channel, you can find 8 instructional videos for doing introductory, intermediate and advanced pole dancing tricks taught during one of FlirTease’s 7 levels.

This is a great opportunity for prospective students to see what some of the tricks entail while also giving current students an opportunity to revisit the step-by-step breakdown of tricks they’ve learned.

Flirtease Dance and Fitness hosting lap dance class February 8

Naperville, Illinois-based Flirtease Dance and Fitness will be hosting a Lap Dance class on Sunday, February 8 from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. 

In this ladies-only class (sorry fellas!), expect to learn a saucy lap dance/strip routine while surrounded by 10 of your closest new friends. Have a friend you want to take the class with? Even better!

You’re encouraged to bring props, heels and whatever else makes you feel sexy. 

Wine will be provided. 

The cost is $40 and is required as a down payment for the class.
